[Evolution] Importing an Outlook Express address file

Can I import a Windows-based Outlook Express address file into
Evolution?  I know that I can export from OE to ldif, but I no longer
have OE on my system, only the data files.

Is there a utility that will convert OE's address book format to ldif,
so that I can import it correctly into Evolution?
