They should be cleaned up by "make clean".

As I stated in IRC, I don't want to add more hacks to the gtk-doc
makefiles, that we have to maintain. This all really needs to be
fixed upstream in that package for future stuff. The makefile rules
for docs and translations is rather nasty right now. It could use
a lot of love. Fortunately, intltool is something I've been hacking
on in spare time, and I've been planning to fix the makefile rules
there anyway.
