Less known GNOME features: The oscillating panel

5 easy steps to improve your GNOME experience:

     1. Create a new panel.
     2. Open the panels property window.
     3. Unselect the expand option.
     4. Set the panel to automatically hide itself.
     5. When panel hides, place your mouse where it hides.
