Re: [Geary] Geary marking new replies to a thread as read

Hello ... I've been watching for this behaviour (Geary marking a 
message as read when it has not been). Just now a reply came in to a 
thread. Geary was running but not the foreground application (Chromium 
was in the front) and also the computer had gone into lock screen / 
screen sleeping.

When I unlocked the screen and switched to Geary I saw that the thread 
in question was the selected/showing thread, but the NEW message was 
not visible on the screen. An earlier message in the thread was visible 
and I had to scroll down to see the new message which was already 
marked as read.

I noticed and checked this because I could see on my iPhone that the 
message summary of this thread was showing a preview of this new reply, 
but the iPhone (mail app) already showed it as read. Normally the 
iPhone mail app will leave a blue dot next to unread mail until you 
actually click on the message in question.

So, yes, would be nice if this could be improved in Geary somehow.
