You are building gnopernicus from CVS, but most of your GNOME
installation was done via garnome, correct?

If you have built intltool previously, then the only real question is
whether it was installed in the right location. You need to get to the
point where you can run

	intltoolize --version

and have the program be found in your $PATH. Normally, it is installed
in <prefix>/bin/ (where <prefix> is the root under which garnome
installed things for you). Can you see if this is the case?
