I too found this information useful, especially the comment about
ctrl+alt+FN (I had always wondered why alt+FN wasn't working for m!).

Note that bonobo-slay is *extremely* useful, and kills any bonobo
related processes, such as the synth drivers, should they not die
properly. Just saves a bit of ps->kill... tedium.
