Gdk-pixbuf 0.11.0 is released

Dear lovers of smelly aged dairy products,

Version 0.11.0 "Infrequent as a Moon of Green Cheese" of the
Gdk-pixbuf library has been released.  This changes no functionality,
just fixes small nits.

* Availability:

  ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/unstable/sources/gdk-pixbuf/gdk-pixbuf-0.11.0.tar.gz

  [If the tarball is not there yet, give it a day or so for the mirror
  to sync up from the master site.]

* Changes:

	- Made the GdkPixbufLoader headers usable by C++ compilers by
	  replacing "private" with "priv" (Dom Lachowicz, Diego
	  González).

	- Replaced the documentation Makefile with one similar to that
	  in GTK+ HEAD (Federico, but Owen deserves all the credit).
