ANNOUNCE: Glame 0.4.0 released

Glame 0.4.0 (GNU/Linux Audio Mechanics) is available from

http://www.glame.de

or

http://glame.sourceforge.net

This is a stable release.

About Glame
===========

GLAME is meant to be the GIMP of audio processing. It is
designed to be a powerful, fast, stable, and easily
extensible sound editor for Linux and compatible
systems. Supported platforms are Linux, BSD and IRIX.

Release Notes
=============

The second stable version of GLAME has finally
arrived. Changes since the beta are of course a lot of
bugfixes and most notably a lot of cosmetic fixes and
additions to the graphical user interface (such as adding
"native" support for playback and recording). Also context
sensitive on-line help was added which uses gnome-help and
the installed texinfo documentation.

Thats all folks!

        Yours, GLAME-Team.
