If you're saying they have to type -lesd on the link line, they don't.
`gnome-config --libs gnomeui` works...
If you're saying "GNOME should do all this cool sound functionality", I
disagree. We don't need to reinvent the wheel inside gnome-libs just
because others are doing it. Keeping the main sound stuff in libesd means
that other non-GNOME programs can use it, and the modularity of things is
increased.
