Hi,

Well, that function will scale the pixbuf, but the current libart
function is very low quality.

Owen just did some nice scaling stuff that will be going in to
libart/gdk-pixbuf.

Anyway, Inigo, you should not be using unstable gnome-libs. I'm sure
gnome_pixmap_load_from_file_at_size() works fine in the stable version
of the library.
