ORBit 0.4.92, the "egg on face" release

0.4.91 servers were crashing when attribute gets/sets were invoked upon
their objects. 0.4.92 fixes this problem, and copies over the
--skeleton-impl functionality from the old IDL compiler to the new one.
This release does actually work, and might possible be considered "stable"
:-)
