[ANNOUNCE]: A completely broken GtkRgb widget ...

Hello everybody,

I'm pleased to announce the birth of a new widget, called GtkRgb. I hope
this name is not used for anything else ;).

It is a simple but very convenient wrapper around the gdk_rgb code from Raph
Levien.

Here are its key features :

	* Grayscale, RGB, Grayscale+Alpha and RGB+Alpha image display.
	* Zooming (continuous from 0.01 to 100.0 times).
	* Scrolling (GtkScrolledWindow support).
