Is it possible to update a html page using a gtk-xmhtml widget so that the
document stays in the same position instead of resetting back to the top?

I've tried using gtk_xmhtml_get_topline and gtk_xmhtml_set_topline but this
doesn't appear to work, even if its only one character of text that has
changed in the document being displayed.
