Bug #1497 not fixed (esound)

Just tested the changes to esound/esdlib.c (version 1.52)
Bug #1497 is still present with these modifications.

I have no longer the time or inclination to check exactly what is
happening, but it looks like esdlib tries to connect on a UNIX
socket before trying a TCPIP socket, even if a remote host is specified.

Suggested fix: apply the patch I sent here earlier today.
I have tested this patch, and it works for all situations I could think
of.  There _was_ a reason that I rewrote the respawning logic - I wasn't
just bored...
