I used KDE for a while to see what it's like. (Very nice, you must
admit.) When you log out, it puts up a dialog box that lists all of
the open applications, and separates them into ones it can session
manage and ones it cannot. It offers you a chance to not logout so
you can clean up before you do. I think that this feature MUST go
into Gnome.
Please don't be too proud to install and use KDE for a little while
to see what they've got that we need. :-)
