Cursors

In the TODO.shtml file for GNOME 1.00 (I know, way way out of date) that still
exists in the gnome-libs module, there's mention of gnome-cursors, that as far
as I can tell still doesn't exist. Was this dropped because it wasn't needed, 
or just because no-one wrote it?

If it was the latter, I can change some stuff I'm writing and can make it into 
gnome-cursors if it's something that could be useful.
