Troubles with bug sumission?

Hi GNOME hackers,

Does anyone know if there is a problem with
mails to submit@bugs.gnome.org?  I submitted a
number of bug reports yesterday; now I'm getting
failure reports from qmail at tirania.nuclecu.unam.mx.

Is this (a) part of the list switchovers, (b) some
other problem, or (c) just me?
