I would guess:
- set up bugzilla (maybe we could do this for you) and start
sending new bugs there
- figure out how to extract all the bugs from bugs.gnome.org via
script
- figure out how to import bugs to bugzilla via script
- do the translation there (debbugs->bugzilla) to get our old
bugs in bugzilla
- maybe we need to make submit@bugs.gnome.org accept the old
debbugs format emails but put them in bugzilla, or maybe it
could just bounce a message back to the sender like "please
go to http://bugs.gnome.org/ and enter the bug on the web"
We haven't actually made an official decision to switch to bugzilla,
but I'm guessing not too many people will object, given how badly
bugs.gnome.org is sucking...
