How to delete a software map entry?

Hey folks,

How do I go about getting an app removed from the software map?

I stopped working on Gnerudite (scrabble clone) months ago, due to an
email from a certain well-known boardgame manufacturer...

I would obviously like it removed from the map if poss :)

Suggestions?
