The Gnome Panel and applet's menu

Hi all,

while writing an applet for the panel I found some inconveniences:

- Menus are only labels (no way for checkbuttons ...)
- Can't use selfmade pixmaps, only stock ones.
- Can't disable/enable menuitems.

Are some of this things under development???
