The missing chaps. from GTK book

Hey Havoc (or anybody really),
  This is regarding the person talking about the the missing chapters
from the GTK book. I accidently deleted the original message, so I can't
quote it, sorry. Anyway, a little while back I collected the missing 
chapters and figures from the tarballed version of book and rebundled it 
up. I would be happy to upload it somewhere if it would help, but I don't
know where. If someone tells me that would be great.
