building docs

I have never succeeded in building docs of gnome apps. when I run make, all
I get is:

					and so on similar 200 lines...

					and so on equal about 40 lines...

					much similar lines

maybe I don't have some package? what is that GtkDoc? where do I get it?
what to change in system so that I can get htmls out of sgmls?
