Missing type macros in 1.2.8?

I noticed that there are a few GTK_TYPE macros that are missing from
gtk+-1.2.8 that exist in 1.3.x.  Are those being back-ported to a 1.2.9
build?  If not, I wouldn't mind making a patch for it (I need it pretty
bad anyway).  I also would like to wrap up support for some missing args
in the classes, but that's a lot more work...
