The programming langages are based on english: it is thus a major mistake to 
write anything in any other langage than english in a source file.
It makes the code more confusing and requires a constant mind effort for the 
reader: I am french, I read, write and speak english fluently and I have been
working on C code with French comments -> that was EVIL.
(perhaps the code was simply really bad but...)
