Hi all
This is really old news but....
Have you guys looked at rox??
http://rox.sourceforge.net/
One of it feature is drag and drop saving. This means that in the
file-selector you get an icon and a text-field. You enter a file-name
in the text-field and drag the icon to where you want it stored.
I personally like this idea. Is this possible to implement into the
gnome fileselector perhaps?? You could save both by doing this or the
old "windows"-way? Including this in gnome would also show (again) that
gnome is _not_ about copying windows (which it is being accused of to
often imho).
Well, maybe you already thought about this?
/Erik
