What's the 1.4.x control center branch ??

I'm trying to find control center 1.4, but configure.in is
AC_INIT(new-control-center)

AM_CONFIG_HEADER(config.h)
AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE(control-center, 1.3.1)
..
in HEAD, GNOME_MEDIA_1_2_2, CONTROL_CENTER_1_4_0            

Where is it??
