	Hi this is the final version. It allows changing the volume with the
wheel without bringing up the popup. It work's in horizonytal panel, and also
fix an old bug: When you start a mixer in a vertical panel, the val of
ajustement is vol -MAX_VOLUME, but as with vertical panels the adj range is
also 0 -100, with a vol of 90, when starting a mixer in a vertical panel it
was changed to 10. I don't know why that code was here...
