Depends on what's your meaning of 'support'. Anjuta is already capable
of handling file mode editing/compiling/building/executing of most
programing languages, including C#. You can configure the respective
commands for handling these in settings.
If your C# project is maintained by Makefiles, then you should also be
able to compile/build/execute your projects to some extend.
However, debugger will not work as it uses gdb in the back-end.
The kind of support anjuta has for c/c++ (project management/symbol
browser/debugger/wizards etc) are not currently available for other
programming languages, unfortunately.
