The wrapbox could be a solution to the over crowded toolbar problem.

Toolbar buttons that does not fit in the window is currently beeing
displayed in a popup window. Personally I think it would be much more
easy to access these buttons if a wrapbox was used. The downside would
be that buttons change their positions as the window is resized.
