	It used internally by libpanel-applet for keynav ... its not meant to
be used by applets themselves.

	It seems a little strange to me too, but its fairly common in gtk+ -
e.g. GtkNotebook has "move_focus_out" and GtkTreeview has
"start_interactive_search".
