gnome-print, libgnomeprint and libgnomeprintui

Does anyone know what the difference is between gnome-print,
libgnomeprint and libgnomeprintui? and how they relate? Is there any
documentation?
Also, am I right in saything that the PrintConfig fields
GNOME_PRINT_KEY_RESOLUTION* are non-functioning?
