Nautilus 2.5.91 taking forever to start.

I recently updated to the beta of gnome 2.6 to test but Nautilus is now
taking forever to start and I both Epiphany and Galeon both crash as
soon as a URL is typed in, bookmark selected or html link clicked on.
Any suggestions on were to look to fix this?
