gtk_entry on applet

Hi!

I'm not sure is it right mailing list, but I hope so.

I'm trying to put an gtk_entry on my panel applet. It's look good, but I
can't write anything to it. It looks like it can't get focus. I can put
some text in it by functions, but it doesn't receive keyboard events.
I've tried a lot of combinations with focus functions, but I can't
manage it, so I decided to ask what should I do.

Please, help me.
