Re: changes to anjuta2

Basically, since anjuta is a GNOME2 program now as well, and with the
name "anjuta2" causing confusing among users, it's been decided to
rename anjuta2. Scaffold seems a pretty good name for a development
environment (it's a support structure when constructing a building etc).
It also follows the recent naming trend in gnome programs (evolution,
epiphany, gossip etc.)
