OK - version 1.1.9-1 is now up. I fixed some small edits to the first
couple of chapters that drake pointed out as well as added his newly
marked up fdl appendix. I fixed the most commonly noted problem in the
legalnotice paragraph with all the LIST TITLE crap.

What else... added release number to the html - this is a gdp-both.dsl
dsssl change which is not checked in - I'll do that later.

I don't know I made some other changes suggested by some folks - you
know who you are, if I missed it remind me.
