Permission requested to commit UI changes to gnome-display-properties

Hi, everyone,

I just made a branch (display-capplet-ui-cleanup) in
gnome-control-center, to make the Display capplet prettier.  You can see
before-and-after screenshots here:

Most of this is just shuffling things around in the .ui file.  No
strings are added; one string got removed.

Is this OK to merge to the master branch for inclusion in 2.29.91?
