We don't seem to have any screenshots of this dialog
in the User Guide, and I doubt we have any elsewhere.
At any rate, it's just a shuffling, so it's not a huge
impact on any docs that talk about this dialog.

The User Guide does talk about dragging things in "the
upper part of the window".  I suppose we should change
"upper" to "upper left".

I can easily make that change if you get r-t approval.
