It's in bugs.gnome.org. It's even in the manual (battery applet doc,
under Bugs and Limitations).

(There's several crashes of the battery applet in bugs.gnome.org, too.)
Miguel wanted to know what Gnome 1.2 (or October Gnome) bugs were still
around and unfixed before 1.4. There's one for his list :)
