I was going to do a satellite vision document like the kde plan doc we saw
earlier. Hopefully have people check in additions to their various things
via cvs.

If I can provide a bugzilla query link for a particular keyword, that would
be fine by me, and it sounds easier to handle for hackers.

I'll work on the other stuff whilst we're deciding that, and see if I can
hijack telsa's plans for afternoon hacking. ;)
