Update of libxml-1.8.17

  I have pushed a new version old the old libxml1 which may be needed
if we release Gnome-1.4.1.
  It includes 2 fixes from Jody, one about a namespace handling
problem when copying trees, and the second fixes a problem in
which can occur in the old parser.
