We can't possibly go out again with a release containing a horribly broken
panel, so we need to either:
	* get the fix into gtk+ and have the gtk+ people do a release for
	  wednesdays release (preferably on monday)
or
	* make a gnome core release where the panel accessability changes
	  are disabled or reverted.

But one of these two does need to happen - otherwise we are wasting large
amounts of time uselessly.
