Excuse me, I forgot to send an email here. Yesterday, Chema, kmaraas and
me were talking about this issue at IRC.
We decide use the option (c) but only with the more active projects and
if we see that the users notify its bugs there and use
bugzilla/bug-buddy, then this configuration will be useful. If those
test "products" are not used, then we should use something like option
(b).
