Good question. These buttons are AFAIK only available in the patched
gtk+ file selection dialog in Ximian GNOME, not the official GNOME.
The bug report about these button captions not being localizable is at
http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2782. It was reported in May
and is still marked "NEW".
