gnome-print and typographical conventitions

Please, try to write messages using a consistent style:

    To mark literal strings it's recommended to use '...' these days
    (cf. Markus Kuhn's page on quotes).

    No spaces before colons, quotation and exclation marks, please.
    Those spaces are a convention which applies for the french (and
    turkish?) language only.

Am I allowed to check in the following patch:
