There is no "perfect" dictionary as of yet, but it's false giving 
impression that everything ought to be "retranslated". If computer 
public of Serbia would later agree on some term in favor to one we chose 
while translating, it would involve very little work. Of course, one has 
to be consistent all along.

I'll remind you that most of the text to be translated are 
"informational messages" — messages which are complete sentences, and 
which can be mostly reused if any term is changed. This is what I 
experienced while translating Gtk+ 2.2.1, gnome-applets, gnome-panel, 
gnome-session and others from GNOME 2.2.0.

So, you're a bit exaggerating.

Well, I myself have hoped of more support from you. I never intended to 
be insultive, but rather to direct the work of GNOME translation to a 
faster finish. Probably even of a greater quality, since non-perfect 
quality is better than non-existant perfect translation.
