Fifth Toe update

I've tried to correct the modules listed on the 2.1 Fifth Toe status
page, so that they reflect the modules listed on
http://5toe.lyrical.net/. Modules that cannot be translated, or aren't
in GNOME cvs, aren't listed.

Fifth Toe is, for those of you that don't know, a release of additional
nice pieces of software that works with GNOME, and that usually is
released some time after the official GNOME release. 

The next status page update should show the updated Fifth Toe page.
