+I suspect that this has nothing to do with zh_TW translation at all,
+as Brent noted, I used 'msgstr "untitled folder"' i.e. not translating
+it into chinese at all, so default folders will appear in English.

+I have checked the original bug report in redhat, and found that the
+reporter is using 'Chinese edition' of RedHat -- specific to chinese
+market only. And the person is from mainland China, using zh_CN
+locale. So the zh_CN translation is more likely related to this bug.

+But AFAIK RedHat uses it's custom translation in some of the releases,
+so it would be better to check THAT particular RPM contained in Red
+Hat Chinese editon, to see if it uses non UTF-8 encoding in translation.

+Please change status to either NEEDINFO or INCOMPLETE, and redhat
