Thanks Noah, Dinesh and everyone else.

I will be pursuing with coordinating the translations happily from now on.

As there is a lot of development already done on the broken system and 
as many possible translators still use the system based on TSCII I 
intend to maintain a repository elsewhere until I can give support on 
using good fonts, where the problem seems to originate.
The need for translators is very important for us right now.

I will take care not to pollute the main GNOME tree.

All advice most welcome.
