Re: translation of the word factory...

Are you talking about the factory interface of the GNOME components?

BTW, the translation of the name is totally useless for the end user, we 
should not even try to bother with it (it is very technical stuff and pretty 
much confusing for them, it's even hard to find out where this appears, 
fortunatelly). But I understand that it is much easier to include these 
strings in the translation.

In Slovak, I use the translation equivalent to "interface for creating"
