Let me second that. It would be good to see far more such messages. Is

My understanding is that "string change" means "change to a string
marked for translation" - i.e., in PO file terminology, an actual
msgid. Hence this is not a string change.
Besides, if this were a string change, you would *definitely* have
heard about it in loud, angry voices by now. Note that I don't recommend this
observation as a basis for a test to deterimine whether future changes are
string changes or not -- i.e. do it, and if the translators hunt you
down afterwards, it was a string change. :)
